1. Universal ingest

Every org gets a private inbox [email protected]. Forward any email — hotel confirmation, airline PDF, Word itinerary, screenshot — and it lands in your tray with all attachments.

2. AI structuring

Claude analyzes text and attachments (including PDFs and converted Word docs), extracts client, supplier, dates, costs, commission, IATA code, country. Every field saves the original excerpt for auditability.

3. Mandatory human review

Nothing reaches your bookings without your OK. You see the proposal, tweak what's needed, confirm. AI proposes; you decide.

4. Single supplier catalog

Duplicate detection before creation. No three versions of the same hotel polluting your base.

5. Deadlines and backups

Deposits, visa expirations, client courtesies. Everything visible, original file always attached.
